Hi just curious I though all businesses last night by gov were asked to close except for food , gas and a few others? We own a small business (salon boutique) and closed up shop. Did we follow right directions? Or are we able to re open??

Hello! Yes, you followed the right instructions. Many of the above businesses are offering services online or are on-call. Some of them are still being updated as I gather more information on their status. As things change day by day, I would just continue to monitor the restrictions. The City of San Diego is assisting small businesses with grants and low/no-interest loans at https://www.sandiego.gov/SBRF. Will the City of Oceanside do something similar since so many businesses either have little or zero consumers right now? If not, that's a shame.
